ATMIST Handover Card
A prompt card for handing a casualty over to the emergency services. Work down the letters — Age & name, Time, Mechanism, Injuries, Signs & symptoms, Treatment — so nothing important is missed.
Carry it laminated in your first-aid kit. In an emergency always dial 999 / 112 (or call/text 999 and ask for Mountain Rescue) as soon as it's safe to do so.
